1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rCAPTCHA ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rCAPTCHA provides a CAPTCHA verification service that allows website publishers to monetize bot protection. Publishers earn credits for each valid CAPTCHA completion, which are converted to cash monthly.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

As a publisher using rCAPTCHA, you agree to:

  • Implement the rCAPTCHA widget code accurately and without modification
  • Not attempt to artificially inflate completion numbers
  • Not encourage or incentivize users to complete CAPTCHAs multiple times
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate fake completions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide a privacy policy on your website

4. Credit System & Publisher Revenue Model

Important: Only publishers (website owners) earn credits and revenue from rCAPTCHA. End users who complete CAPTCHAs do not receive any compensation.

  • Proof-of-work solution is valid

Credit Conversion: Publisher credits are converted to cash on the 1st day of each month. Conversion rates vary and are not guaranteed.

Minimum payout: $25 PayPal. Other payment methods may have different minimums.

Payment Methods: Payouts are processed via PayPal (minimum $25), bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards as available.

Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed within 30 days of reaching the minimum threshold and requesting withdrawal.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on earnings.
